TRIPTORELIN (GNRH) 2MG

$42.00

Triptorelin is a synthetic decapeptide analog of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH; pGlu-His-Trp-Ser-Tyr-D-Trp-Leu-Arg-Pro-Gly-NH₂). It binds to the GnRH receptor, initiating Gq/PLC and IP₃–Ca²⁺ signaling cascades that regulate luteinizing and follicle-stimulating hormone release in experimental systems. Triptorelin is used in receptor biology and endocrine regulation research to study hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis modulation.

TRIPTORELIN

Triptorelin 2mg is a synthetic peptide and a potent analog of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), a hormone naturally produced by the hypothalamus. It acts on the pituitary gland to regulate the secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which in turn control reproductive hormone production, including testosterone in men and estrogen in women. Triptorelin is widely studied in clinical and research settings for its ability to modulate reproductive function. It is commonly used to manage hormone-sensitive conditions, such as prostate cancer, endometriosis, and precocious puberty, by reducing sex hormone production through a controlled suppression of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.

Triptorelin

It is typically supplied as a lyophilized powder for research or clinical use and requires proper reconstitution before administration. Its effects are generally long-acting, with controlled dosing capable of achieving either short-term stimulation or sustained suppression of gonadal hormone production. While effective, Triptorelin may produce side effects related to hormone modulation, including hot flashes, mood changes, reduced libido, or injection site reactions. It is not intended for general use outside medical supervision. Professional guidance is essential for dosing, administration, and monitoring to ensure safety, efficacy, and proper management of hormonal pathways during research or therapeutic applications
